Can a Brazilian Lawyer work at a law office in London or any place in Uk? What the person must do?

Please, I Would like to know how it can be possible and what the person must do.

  1. Yes, of course it's possible. You will; however, need to apply for a working visa. This won't be easy, as we have a glut of lawyers in this country already, so is not a critical trade/profession. You also have to bare in mind that English and Brazilian law are very different, which means, even if somehow you were granted a working visa, I doubt you would easily find work.

    P.S. Don't go traveling on the underground :p


  2. You would have to be registed with the law Society and I doubt you could practice here unless you were fully conversant with English Law
