Can a British and Philippine national could marry in Hong Kong

my bf is a british national and im a philippine national who has a professional work in Hong Kong, can we marry in Hong Kong as my marriage from my ex husband is not dissolved yet in the philippines..We both have been desperately searching for these for few months now but can't find any solution..please advise anyone who could give me a few tips...thanks

Yes you can marry in Hongkong, they are not strict, they don't check they only depend to the information that you gave, but the only thing you cannot go in Britain as an immigrant because the embassy will check everything, the embassy will ask a proof from NSO which all the records of marriage filed.
