This is for a CC debt that is over 10 years old and now the collection agency is making inquires on my credit report. Is this legal?

  1. In a attempt to collect a debt they are within their rights to pull your credit.

    They are looking for information like addresses, employers and phone numbers.

    The S.O.L. has nothing to do with this.
