  1. Cars that use hydrogen, use fuel cells. the technology isn't that advanced yet, but soon there will b a lot more fuel cell cars on the market

  2. It should be a simple matter of changing what fills the tank. But where are you gonna get the H2?

  3. don't have any first hand experience but the only difference in LP gas, compressed natural gas & hydrogen vehicles would be in the fuel metering calibration & the pressure you store the fuel under.

anything that runs on one fuel should run on the others with some minor metering adjustments.

  4. no i dont think so

cars working with  water can only do so!!!!!!!

  5. I've heard of people using a 50/50 mix of the two gases.

  6. Yes.  It will require changing the fuel-air ratio (mixture), and the ignition timing.  You will also need to change the tanks (3600 PSI to 6000/10000 PSI) and the fueling inlet (CNG to CH).  Basically, it's a whole new conversion.

Also, you will get substantially less range, substantially more cost per mile, and a hair pulling experience finding a filling station, as if CNG wasn't bad enough.  And since hydrogen is ultimately produced from fossil fuels, you'll actually cause more pollution, not less.  That is, unless you get a home hydrogen generator and hook it up to your own solar or wind power source.
