  2. maybe ........................................... look kind of different tho

  3. Yes depend on the person. I can always tell who is chinese, korean, vietnamese, and japanese by looking at the curvature of their face because different eastern countries people have different curvature.

  4. Most of the times they can.

    Generally, it goes like this:

Korean people have a square shaped face with mono-lid eyes (but don't use this to distinguish Korean celebrities because the majority of them have had plastic surgery). However, once in a while you see a Korean person with natural double eyelids.

Japanese people are shorter in height with a more diamond shaped face. I also noticed that more Japanese people have double eyelids but there is still a good size of Japanese people that have mono-lids.

As for Chinese, it's a little harder to distinguish because with their population of over 1.3 billion people, there's bound to be a lot more diversity. However, Chinese people tend to have rounder or more oval faces and about 50% of them have mono-lids (myself included).

Sometimes you can also tell by the way that they speak (if they arent' from America). The Korean language is quite fluid and if they speak English, it's slurred. When Japanese people speak, it sounds a little compressed because they aren't used to double vowels. And when Chinese people speak, it sounds especially butchered - the "Asian Accent" in my opinion, is based off of the way Chinese people speak.

Just remember that this is a generalization and that with every nationality, there's diversity. For example, there's no definite way of distinguishing an American from a French person based solely off of looks, and that can be the case when Asians are trying to identify each other. Also, when I was really young, a lot of people thought I was Korean because of my square-ish face and mono-lid eyes when I am in fact Chinese.

Some pictures you can look at are of Hye Park, Ai Tominaga, and Du Juan

Hye Park is a natural Korean beauty that is a pretty well-known model throughout the fashion industry: http://supermodels.nl/ModelPics/hyepark/...

Du Juan is a natural Chinese beauty that is also a pretty well-known model throughout the fashion industry:

Ai Tominaga is another natural beauty from Japan (since she is a runway model, she is not short at all!). I haven't seen her appear in very many magazines lately but I did see her in an ad for Gap with her son which you can google: http://sweetflavour.bbsnow.net/images/wo...
