Can a College denied you Sttaford Loans?

My school website say that unsbusidized would ONLY be granted in a student in independent.

But I am not independent.

And I am out of State, can the school denied me?

  1. The school can do whatever it wants.  Some schools don't even do student loans for any students.  

    If given the choice you want a Subsidized Stafford over an Unsubsidized anyway.

    If you can't get what you need, go to a better school.
