Can a Colombian with Spanish Residency travel to Portugal? Or do they need a VISA?

  1. You need a visa because you do not have a Spanish passport, and according to IATA, if you are Colombian you need a visa in order to travel to Portugal. Also, you need to request an authorization from Spanish government in order to travel outside of Spain, if you don't do it, you might loose your Spanish Residence.
