Can a DVD-RW be finalized???

Question

Ok, can somone please give me a straight answer? I seem to find different answers, is it somethign that is not black and white, like some do and some don't? That seems odd to me, and my camera manual says yes, someone else said no. My DVD-RW won't finalize and therefore shows up blank on my comp. So it is possible to finalize DVD-RWs?? Thanks.

YES it can also be unfinalized too.

Maybe try a friends DVD camera and finalize it?

DVD-RW can and should be finalised, DVD+RW doesn't need to be.
