Can a H1B visa holder sponser me to the usa? help?

one of my cousin sisters is holding USA H1B visa and currently working in Microsoft. She likes to take me to the USA just for a tour and see the country 10 days trip. i wanna know can she sponsor me as she is holding H1B visa. m not blood related to that sister.. please answer soon..

  2. The only ones capable of sponsoring someone to the US are either US citizens (through birth or naturalization), or permanent residents sponsoring IMMEDIATE FAMILY ONLY.

    A holder of a H1B visa is neither of these, and therefore cannot sponsor someone else to enter the country.

    The person seeking entry would have to apply for a visa (student, work, or tourist) and meet the requirements on their own. That being said, a tourist visa requires NO sponsorship - the applicant simply has to prove that expenses will be covered while in the country, that the applicant does not intend to stay in the US, and that the applicant has no relevant criminal record.

    No, an H1B can't help you.  You need to prove on a tourist visa that you have no intention of immigrating to the USA.
