Yes, the same way a strip club can discriminate against hiring male dancers. They just don't have the right equipment to get the job done.

Yes, it's already been tried.  Males can and do fill other positions. Female waitresses are their brand, nobody is going to go there  and pay a lot of money for warm American beer and decent (but not great) food, if they have a bunch of dudes running around there.

Yes, and no....They can just say your not qualified, and that's that. And if the entire staff happens to be female, then they could say that its a coincidence.
