  1. 6'5", 376 lbs.  I suspect there is more story here than beating up someone with CP because they bumped you. Something is fishy.

  2. Yes, the person you beat would be considered handicapped and there are laws that increase the punishment. If you're considered mentally competent and you have no ailments or anything that would cause you to do something irrational, then yes, the judge can and probably will.

  3. Seems like you were only a bit over 320 just six months ago.  Porking out, eh?   The right to self defense is a preventive right, not a retaliatory one.  The law does not increase the range of sentences if the victim has cerebral palsy, but a judge might be inclined to impose the top end of the range simply because of the disparity and because judges frown upon beating those who cannot defend themselves.

  4. So he beat you in the Special Olympics again, eh..............?

  5. Hi there! I haven't seen you around for a while now.  Were you on vacation?  In case anyone is wondering our friend here is a well-known troll who usually says that he beat up a bunch of cops, a disabled person, etc. or some other outrageous act.  For some reason he likes to give a ridiculous physical description of himself.  Just a troll.  Please ignore him.  He uses multiple identities.  Sicko.

  6. yes.....way more punishment, and very well deserving it too, why the #@$% would you beat up a handicapped person?

  7. Yes --Abusing a disabled person.Judge & Jury will really look down on that

  8. I hope not he bumped you first he deserved it!
