Can a MRD-M60 power 2 Kicker Cvr12s?

Question

Everything appears to be wired correctly and I messed with the settings up and down and i couldn't get them any louder than about as much bass as a stock 6x9 would put out, not much at all. but they both thump like they are supposed to just not very loud at all.

any ideas???

well this is incomplete information - pics of the amp settings would have been helpful.

take the car to nearest car audio dealer - they will tune it properly in no time( even you can if you would have added more info)
