Can a NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 video driver play Half Life 2?

I don't know whats going on, from some of my friends say that it can but when i play, the game freezes up whenever it loads or when i go outside in some areas. If any of you want to know what computer i am using, i am using a Hp s3223w in the slimline series. i hope that will help

That is an onboard graphics chip and will not get the performance of other graphics cards.  The only two things you can do is update your drivers for the onboard graphics with the nvidia website.  Then you can add more system ram to your machine and then dedicate the maximum system ram you can to your video.  That is done in bios.
