Can a National Guard Soldier get $2K Bonus or rank for referring an applicant to the Active duty side?

I have ran into a Soldier that just came out of basic training for the National Guard. She is E-1 and told me she has people she knows and will refer them to me. Can she get the Bonus or Rank for referring applicants to the Active side of the house?

It's called operation smart. When a soldier refers someone to the army any status they get half upon the ship date and the other half i believe it's 180 days into training.

The Active First option will probably get her even more money. Check your state's G-RAP rules.
