  1. ^^^ ARE YOU JOKING?! They would be very close in a drag race. The 180SX is a lighter car and I asume you are talking about the non-turbo. If it has the turbo then the 180sx will have no problem and if the prelude is not a SI or VTEC then you will have no problems without a turbo.

  2. suspension helps and can make as much as a second difference. You want half way soft on the drive tyre's and full hard on the trailing tyre's.

Drop the tyre pressure on the drive tyres to 20 or 25 PSI and get to know your starting lights - different venues have different timings!!

Practice your starts too, I the lude it's best to launch at around 4000rpm, spinning slightly in first, but hitting VTEC in second and your off!!  You're application will obviously be different :-)

The 0-60 on a H22 VTEC lude is 6.8 seconds by the book and JDM models enjoy 200bhp stock.

Typically the lude does a quarter mile in between 13.6 and 16 secs depending on setup and driver experience. Typically passing the 1/4 mile line between 85 and 105mph, again depending on setup.

Good luck with obtaining your goal :-)

  3. You;re joking right??? Those Preludes are perty darn fast!!!
