  1. Im from UK, i take it regular gasoline if octane ron 95 and Premium or super unleaded is ron 97 octane level.

You should have no probs at all running on regular, the manufacturers have a deal going to set the ignition timing relative to ron 97 so to recommend the use of 97 octane fuel, although the use of 95 would be so minimal that you would have no probs at all.

Sometimes though if you have a high bhp engine like a skyline etc knocking out 500-1000 BHP you would have to r****d the timing slightly to avoid detention problems and pinking.

The same problem arose when they removed leaded petrol, as this was ron 97 and unleaded is 95 but 99% of cars had no probs with the drop inoctane, just the loss of lead to coat the valve seats.

On a 206 you will be sweet as a nut with no probs and no noticable loss in power as the manufacturers would like you to believe.

Also if your car is made to run on regular ron 95 putting premium in it gives you no extra preformance or mileage increase at all.

BUT premium is 20-40% better grade fuel. Although all fuel has to meet a certain grade anyway.

Over here the difference in price is about 40 cents a litre more for premium so no one uses it except imprezza and evo owners etc

If the 206 is diesel then obviously not, as petrol through a diesel engine will knacker it. Diesel through a petrol engine though isnt so bad it just smokes alot but easily drained and replace with correct fuel.
