  2. Red foots aren't African tortoises which is what the first answerer referred you to..  Fescue grass won't be poisonous to your Red foot, but, there are definitely better food choices for them..

    They are from damp, humid environments and do better with leafy greens like dandelions rather then grasses. I feed mine 2 days in a row of straight dandelions or collards and then one day of a fruit like strawberries or plums.

  3. It's not exactly good for a tortoise but it's fine

    oh and red footed torts. r the cutest!
