  2. Not sure where you're located, but I've already seen them on major highways in the United States.

    They're capable of a max speed of 92 mph with the 1.0 liter gasoline engine (Though it would take forever to reach that speed - I don't think anyone has found a road long enough to do it on.) and "will cruise happily at 70 mph".

  3. Yes, they certainly can.  I have driven one on freeeways.  You probably won't be driving in the fast lanes all the time, but they are great in traffic and no problem on the freeways. They are also very safe.
