Can a Texas employer change the way he pays each week,like from Salary to commission.?

can a Texas employer (a small privately owned company) have a employee on Salary one week and commission the next and keep changing it as he pleases.It is not Sales it is a delivery company.How do I contact the labor board about this ?

You should check out the Texas workforce website. It should explain some things, and give contact information. When you signed your contract at the beginning, it should have stated how you were supposed to be paid. If you haven't signed a contract, call the workforce board, and tell them about your problem, and they'll tell you how to proceed. Good luck!
