Yes, a girl your age can wear perfume, but let me give you a piece of advice.  for someone your age find a light scent, nothing too strong and don't use too much of it at a time.  

Perfume is something that if someone gets close to you will appreciate your nice scent and will even make them linger next to you a little longer.  But it is horrible when your perfume enters the room before you do and gives people headaches.

Yes! I feel the same exact way. Body sprays don't last very long.(The smell) But if your going to get a perfume don't get a really strong smelling one, like a very flowery one. Try getting like vanilla or a citrus one. I went to Macy's the other day and found a really nice perfume that smells so nice. It's a brand new collection too. It's harajuku lovers perfume. It's $25 for the little one and $45 for the big one. There are 5 scents. The one that smells like coconut is really really nice. And there is also another one which smells like lollipops. The bottles are really cute. They are like little china dolls. Hope I Helped!
