  1. No it cannot as they are seperate companies. It would be like trying to return a sweater at Target when you purchased it at Walmart. You will have to send it via UPS. If you go to www.ups.com you can locate your nearest shipment location. Hope this helps!

  2. Yes it CAN happen.  I work Parcels at a post office, and I do, on occasions get a box with UPS shipping info on it, now technically, it is POSTAGE DUE, since it has never been paid for through us. I give those to the UPS driver who comes EVERYDAY, and drops off packages for USPS to deliver to our P O Boxes.   This service is called PARCEL SELECT, and companies like GEVAILA COFFEE, and amazon.com use this service.  Guess what, Same thing with DHL.........FedEx, not so much.

However, Fed Ex, UPS, and Commercial airlines move the USPS mail.

FED Ex is the carrier for MOST of the Express Mail.

  3. It happens...sorta UPS and the USPS have a contract deal together. UPS delivers to the local post office then the post office delivers to the residence. Its usually only 1-5 packages or envolopes. The label will have 2 barcodes on it and 2 addresses. The top one is for ups use with the post offices address, the bottom one is for usps use and has the residence address.

  4. These are two separate businesses. It is "in the works," and is being made to add a "complimentary assist" to the post office. It hadn't occurred as yet. I wish you well. Peace, Love and God Bless.
