Can a USA Citizen Bet On A Horse Race In The UK?

I was wondering if there were any online betting sites that allow this? I know that certain restrictions are now in effect regarding online betting. Does anyone know of a online site that would allow a USA citizen to bet on UK horse races?

I can't stand some of those races.  Three miles on the grass?  That's like a five-minute race!

Yes, TVG carries some UK racing (and shows it on their TV channel) almost every morning, not always the best tracks but plenty of racing (also some Irish racing). Youbet also carries some UK racing, though not as much as TVG.
