  1. to work in Australia you must have a valid work visa.

    You cant apply in australia.

    You can come in on a visitor visa but would have to leave the country to apply to work.

    Immigration is pretty strict and if they suspect you want to work illegally they will send you straight back.

    If you get a work visa, you can then get your work to sponsor you to stay longer.

  3. There is such a thing as a working holiday visa, but you must be between the ages of 18 and 30 to get one, and it is for short term employment only. Check the Australian Department of Immigration web site for more information on the types of visas that are available. If you have a skill needed by an Australian employer, you can be sponsored, but no business issues visas - that is strictly up to the department of immigration.
