Ok so this morning when i woke up i took a vitamin and a glass of water for breakfast b/c i had to be somewhere at 6:30am exactly.so the reason i did that was b/c i noticed i had time to eat breakfast or walk my dog. i rather walk my dog then have to clean up the mess he made b/c i didn’t. so then i brushed my teeth, and did proper mouth care. well then i felt queasy and threw up like yellow water stuff. witch was probably a digested vitamin and water (my breakfast).so my question is what exactly could have caused that?
