Can a asst. commandant [ CPF ] switch to intelligence service like... intellegence buerau...RAW..?

If i join asst. commandant through CPF [ central police force ] in bsf/cisf/indo-tibet police force......than can i later switch to intelligence service like Intelligence IB/RAW after 3-4 years
