Can a baby Herman and a Leopard Tortoise live together?

  1. no the leopard is going to get big and as the Herman stays small it can lead to the leopard bullying the Herman, they also need husbandry so it is not advisable to mix the two, the general rule on keeping tortoises is you don't keep more than one male in the same enclosure and you don't mix the different species of tortoise, best of luck with your tortoises


  2. Not a great idea. The Leopard will quickly outgrow the Hermann's (notice the 2 'nn's') and bully it. Tortoises generally do not share nicely or play well with others. In the wild, they are pretty solitary unless mating or fighting.

    1. If they grew up together.

    2. Gender

    If they were raised together then you would have a better chance of they being together

    -2- if the are both boys FIGHT!

          if they are both girls, NOTHING

         if they are opposite, CROSS-BREED????

    Don't put these 2 together, they require different temps. and diffrent requirements.
