i highly doubt it, try searching about boatdesign.net for other means, but blowers are pretty d**n weak unless of course you were using it on a kayak or canoe for slow trolling

It will work but you will move very slow.That`s not enough to move you faster than using a paddle but yes it will work.I have a boat that was made in for paddling but if you balance the weight just right it will move upstream against the currant.

I highly doubt it.  The motor housing in a boat, Sea-doo or whatever, must be waterproof.  A backpack blower is not waterproof and it doesn't have enough power to propel a boat.
