Can a bank that is not a broker/dealer hold my Series 7 license?

  1. You have to have an OSJ (supervisor) to report to.  Typically this is your broker dealer or someone else with a Series 24 license.


  2. Shouldnt be an issue with a bank..  Assuming they are FDIC insured, they are normally exempt from that part.  But I would double check it.  Only think you are looking for is if they are FDIC insured.  That will normally make them exempt from eveyrthing.

  3. Banks don't hold a person's license.
