  1. You don't say how big it is but anything is possible!

    If it's of manageable size, the first part of August is a good time to transplant it, assuming (bad word!) that's what you have in mind.  If that's the case, just face it toward the same direction that it now grows.  Also, when you prepare the hole, water it in, then plant the tree and water it again.

    Also, bear in mind that transplanting anything could cause the plant to go into shock and could take three to five years to recover - if it does recover.
