  1. No.  The estate executor can.


  2. Once it goes through probate..........

  3. The EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE can cash the stimulus rebate check.  It's part of the estate. As long as the deceased was alive on Dec 31, 2007, their estate is entitled to it.
