I don't see why not?

They house them in the same tank at Petsmart, and their tanks are just about 10 gallons. So, yeah, not a problem

Not for long...

The ghost knife should grow to 20" long and the bichir to more than 12".

Compare that to the size of your 10gal tank....

You will need a tank up around 100gal to house those fish eventually.

No it is way to small for even one of them.

Dude.  Do your research.  I've only ever heard of these fish in passing, but a google image search would provide to anyone the fact that both those fish outgrow a 10 gal.
