  1. Dam !!!!!!!!!! speed bump ??????

  2. "YES",ma legally person can drive,

IF..... there corrected vision with glasses is at least the minimum state required to pass the vision test.

  3. Of course not, they would never pass the driving vision test. How can you drive when your blind? lol you can't have a license to drive and be blind, that would be very dangerous.

  4. A legally blind person could see well enough to drive on private property, but couldn't get a license to drive on public roads.  Remember blind doesn't always mean no sight.  You can have tunnel vision, only seeing what is directly in front, and still be legally blind.

  5. Just like Helen Keller. One hand on the road and one on the wheel :) Sorry...It's an old joke but I couldn't resist!

  6. Apparently, blind people can "see" better with the aid of a bioptic device, a miniature telescope, that is fitted over the top of the lens in their eye.

Thus, their vision is improved up to the point that they can drive a car legally.

Not many might know this, but there are "34 states that allow legally blind people to obtain a driver's license."
