Yes you can and there are companies that will put containers in your business to collect the shreds and also the unshredded paper, which they will shred on site.

Yes, shredded paper is recyclable.  We recycle thousands of tons of shredded paper a day.

The issue is do you have enough that the cost of transportation is greater than the value of the recycled paper.  Shredded paper is very bulky which can make this a problem.

It depends on hopw each paper is ranked...meaning high confidential...also the own of the papers will note if it can be recycled or shredded
