Question:

Can a call ever NOT show up if someone does *69? Does it work with cell phones and in all states?

I called someone and they said they checked and that I didn't call. So I want to know if something about the caller can make it hard to trace or leave no record of the call. I didn't press *67 before I called. In fact, I want there to be evidence that I tried to call. But there isn't. Any explanations?

Thanks.

  1. perhaps your number is always private...

to make sure your number is UNBLOCKED dial *82 before you call... this will make sure your number comes up on CID and *69

you said *69 did not work, if another call came in after you it wouldnt retain your call.. it only keeps the last incoming call... most CID devices can handle 100 or more of the last calls..

  2. Well all I can about that is some people calling plans don't include that type of service. When you get a new phone number or plan they ask about #69 and you tell them if you want it or not. So evidently the person you called didn't have that plan and there is really know way of you knowing if they do or if they don't

  3. I thank that they have lied to you!!
