I park behind a fire department which has a huge parking lot in PA.

  2. yes, cars can be towed from a parking lot if your business is not with the parking lots store (if that makes sence) and another example is in front of fire hydrants (this is canadian i dont know if its different in the states

  3. well u shouldnt park by a firehouse they have laws

  4. unfortunately unless you have a pic they will fight you and it will end up costing more than the repo / ticket.  Sorry.  this happened to me in front of my own d**n apt. Plus, if it was on fire dept property, i would imagine its posted somewhere that its employees only, etc etc.
