Can a chicken be retarted?

ok seriously i have a chicken i was watching it and it kept almost falling over it would use its wing to keep it up,,, i checked it no blood ,no cut ,no broken bones.i separated it for a day then put it in with our baby ducks i fed the chickens,then came back and it was laying on the ground i mean i thought it was dead.well it was not,,, and it sits when it eats,it cant fly it will fall over i dont no please help me i wormed it and everything else im taki special care of it now

Pretty much anything with a brain can have a damaged brain, whether by injury or genetics.  This chicken sounds sick to me, though.  You should take it to a vet.

You should take it to a vet , maybe the chicken hit its head hard and now it is a little crazy

First of all, chickens can't fly. Second, there's no way a chicken can be retarded because they don't have the capacity to think like a human being so there's no way they can be retarded.

Awww. That is so sad. Maybe he is retarded? I don't really know. Idk if you can take a chicken to the vet. But next time you go to the vet for anything ask them.
