  1. sadly yes. in the usa the law mandates school irregardkless of immigration status of the child.


  2. Yes she/he can....Children are not liable for Visa violations until they are 18 years old...a Child entering the US on a Tourist Visa isn't really supposed to go to school..but they wont be prevented from doing so and wont get in trouble for it

  3. For a child to be enlisted in US schools all they need is an address and something like a utility bill to prove you are living in it and that you are the parent or legal guardian. that's it!   how do you think all the illegal mexicans enlist in schools (and get free lunch, while I don't) eh?
