  1. Hmmmm....good question.

Someone should slap both of them for that.

  2. They can be charged with child pornography. His best bet is to get a lawyer and stop showing pictures of nude 14-year olds to the police.

  3. child p**n is child p**n, no matter what the age.

the punishment, however, will be much less severe due to his age.

he'll probably just get off with counseling.

  4. No, and the girl should have gotten in trouble for sending, we don't need anymore Vanessa Hudgeons in this world

  5. Yes, he can be charged with pornography.

Whether he'll be convicted is iffy, but he DID have a picture of a naked minor in his possession, even if he didn't realize the consequences of it.

I would question what he's doing getting pictures of a naked 14 year old in the first place, though....

  6. thats ********

  7. Well of course it is illegal for anyone to own this sick material.Even if it is the child in the picture, they can not possess any.

  8. no  i dnt cuz i mean she sent it to him to the grl shoulgd get in trouble.  plus its his own business and ppl should get the f*** out of his face. but its kind overly perverted 2 keep it AND like it

  9. I read a case of a 13 year old girl who was charged with creating child pornography after she took naked photos of herself and sent them to someone.

How weird is that, a girl being both the perpetrator and the victim of the same crime.
