  1. The company can't, no - it no longer has any legal existence.

    But if someone purchased the right to sue, they might have a claim, although it would be subject to attack on the basis that it's profiteering.


  2. Someone purchased contracts and debts owed to the company. They can collect on a judgment if they purchased it from the company when the company dissolved.
