Can a computer send items via bluetooth to a bluetooth enabled phone.?

ok so i have this bluetooth enabled phone and i am interestedin downloading music but i cant download it thru the phone so i was wondering if i i could download it through my pc then send it via bluetooth.or else can you please please give me tips on how i can easily download through my phone. i`m desparate guys please help.

Depends on the phone.  The Motorola V3 Razr has file transfer capability through blue tooth, but the iPhone does not.  Check your user manual for your phone.

as said above, if the phone is compatible for file transfers, you'll then need a computer that is bluetooth enabled, if it's not, you can get a bluetooth adapter like these http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url... and then you can see it as a device in the computer. *kinda like an external harddrive*
