Can a convicted felon ,even after doing time still obtain a U.S.PASSPORT?????????

Whether or not you receive a passport is up to the discretion of the US Passport Agency depending on what you were convicted of, and your background. I would go ahead and apply for the passport, that's probably the best way to find out whether you'll get one or not, it's not that much money. Some countries will ask whether you have ever been convicted of a crime, and might deny you entry because of a previous conviction, but most countries do not.
