  2. ha ha.  i did that in high school once. I was walking though. Not sure. It may not fall under freedom of speech.

  3. Try it and then let us know how that worked out for you.

  4. they can pull you over any time for anything...the word random has taken on a whole new meaning....sort of like "network premiere"..

  5. Trust me if a cop wants to pull you over for something the will find something.

  6. Yes. When you flip someone off that is called disorderly conduct. Disorderly Conduct is actually an arrestable offence.

  7. Yep, Had a friend do that.  It counts as assualt on an officer same goes for calling them ****ing pigs.  Its a verbal assualt thing.  But you shouldnt be going around saying that to nobody, cause a cop will arrest ya, but someone else might do something fun to your teeth.

  8. yeah.......that's called road rage and its a minimum 48-hour lockup, community service, and a sizable fine, not just at a cop, but at anyone.

  9. Yeah, I think there's weird laws for "road rage" type stuff whereas giving the finger or yelling could technically be considered an antagonist event which if either of these were done to a cop you can bet he would find a way to pull that person over and ticket them for either road rage or whatever other infraction he/she could find/make up.

  10. Yes they can that is disrespect to an officer, I think it is as equal to spitting in their face!

  11. Sure can...probably cause can be anything!

  12. The finger, yes, not sure about the other though...

  13. Don't be so stupid!
