Can a cop arrest you on hearsay??

so If someone blames me for a crime, whatever it may be and its there word versus mine along with witnesses that I have, can I be arrested?

Not for a misdemeanor or infraction, but for a felony they can arrest you based on probable cause that you committed the felony. Many felons are convicted on "circumstantial evidence" without even one eye witness. Hearsay evidence alone may not be enough to convict someone, but that coupled with other circumstantial evidence that leads a jury to determined the crime was committed by the person beyond a reasonable doubt could.
