Can a cricketer do gym workouts using weights like bench press squat etc?

i am rising cricketer i am crazy about bodybuilding but lot of peoples saying that i had to stop it concentrate on cardio and body weight workouts because bodybuilding affect cricket i am confused please help me

  1. Not too much. And do it naturally. With the right trainer and coach. Without any steroids. Natural build.

    U need to strengthen limb muscles.Take a proper diet too.


  2. yes why not ,.. but you must take professional training from a,..cricket coach too~

  3. Not too much  -will be bad for a bowler
