Can a crossed postal order be cashed at a cheque cashers?

I have been sent a payment from a customer on ebay, they sent it as a crossed postal order. I dont have the time to cash it in the bank and wait the 4 days as that would include bank holiday monday and the customer is requesting the item ASAP, if i take the crossed P.O. can somewhere like cash generators or cash converters clear it?
