Can a customer legally stop payment on a check for services rendered if not satisfied with the service?

If a company performs a service and the customer decides afterwards that they aren't satisfied, is it legal for the customer to stop payment on the check to renegotiate fees?

You will be sued and then if they win you will have added fees.  Your best bet is to contact the company and see if they will try to fix what ever you think is wrong.
