Can a deaf and blind person dream?

Question

if a person is blind can they dream sound?

if a person is dear can they dream sight?

how bout if they are both?

oh how can a person both blind and deaf communicate! wouldn't it drive them mad?

First one must understand the nature of dreaming. what is a dream? A dream is a series of images, impressions and emtions which occur in the r.e.m state of sleep. Moreover it is the result of the central nervous system which is connected to visual and audio perception. And thus, with out our senses we cannot dream. However a blind and deaf person may still dream depending on when they became blind or deaf.
