  2. Your situation are typical for a lot of people,so,be patient and calm down, check the resource i found useful.http://creditreport.onlineidea.info/free...

  3. Yes this is fairly common. The creditor reports your account from the time it is opened until the time it becomes delinquent. It wil stay there for a minimum of 7 years from the date of delinquency.

The collection agency starts reporting it from the time the creditor sells your account to them for collection until 7 years from the date they start reporting it.

Call the collection agency and request a 'pay for delete' option in exchange for full payment or settlement. If they do agreee, get it in WRITING as they are not likely to make good on verbal agreements.

  4. Yes. The original creditor can report it once it has charged off. The collection agency can report it as an open collection account.

If you want to try to get it removed from your credit reports, try sending the collection agency a pay for deletion letter.

  5. You can use credit repair agency to fix your credit - for example this one - http://freecreditreport.sinfree.net - They can clean lots of such bad stuff from your credit report - and do it much faster than yourself, so your credit will go up fast.
