There are drugs that treat both, or your doc might decide it's better in your case to treat them separately.  In some cases he may even prescribe an anti-anxiety to boost the effect of the anti-depressant.

yes the doctor can i took them last year for anxiety, they make you feel sick and worst for about a week but stick with it and you will notice that you soon start to feel better. good luck

yes but i would advise you to try the herbal opinions' i've been taking' vita- c15 which is a homoeopathic medicine. its helped me with anxiety and depression. i choose it because i didn't want to take prescribed medicine due to side effects :) hope its helps

as far as im aware it is one medication for both. i have anxiety and i am trying to treat it the natural way.
