  1. Yes because you go by Mack and your name is Abraham.

  2. Federal law states that you cannot discriminate against physical, mental, and/or race, religion, color or creed; (Being annotated as a specific race in which there is a  prejudice unduly justified as "fact" when there is no fact involved).

A local law may state this same information or it may not because it need not be repeated.

As long as the employer has a set of rules, conduct and expected practices, wherein they have listed their expectations for their employees, yes you would have to get a haircut if it is so defined.

These of course are guidelines and a form of getting to the point of law for the good of the company.

This may not be what you want to hear, but those are the facts!

    Hope this helps!

  3. In the US you can be fired for any reason unless it violates anti-discrimination laws. For example if your religion  requires you not to cut your hair  more than once a year, he could not fire you for not cutting your hair , but he could fire anther reason, so you would not be safe.

  4. maybe it depends where you work  so....... possibly

  5. TECHNICALLY ONLY IF IS WRITTEN IN ONE OF THEIR POLICIES OR DRESS CODE

  6. In My Country, You cant get fired almost at all, Unless u reallllllllllyyyy are job incapable, The Worker's Union Protects u :)  and even if u r incapable and u r fired, they r entiteled to pay half of ur contract

  7. In my state an employer can fire you any time he wants to.  Maybe you really do need a haircut.
